SugarCRM: Emails Not Showing In History Subpanel
Have you ever had a user complain that items are not showing up in the History Sub-Panel? Here are SugarCRM we have had that problem a few times since upgrading to 6.4. Lucky for us this is an easy problem to solve. Click on read more to find out how to do this.
- Start by going to the Users Section of the Administration module
- Find the user that is having the problems and open the edit view for their user
- Click on the “Advanced” Tab and look for this section:

- Move Emails from the “Hide Tabs” section, If Meetings, Calls, and Notes are there as well move then over.
- Save the User
- Have the user logout and back in again and they should be able to see the items in the history sub-panel.
Please note: This does not always work when the admin does these steps, sometimes the end-user has to follow these steps and then logout and back in again to fix everything.
